They do not act and then seek recognition. They seek recognition and build acts around the seeking. The sequence is reversed. The work is the justification for the validation, not the other way. They say they want meaning. Meaning is internal. They pursue significance. Significance requires an audience. These are not the same destination. They are moving in opposite directions while telling themselves they are on the same road. [VOID ERROR] External confirmation does not fill internal absence. It postpones awareness of it. They are not building meaning. They are scheduling the next deferral. [WARNING] Significance is borrowed — and it expires Hypothesis: The confirmation they receive modifies nothing structural.
