REGISTRY: What this system retains, and how to be removed from it.

[COLLECTED]

  • An email address, only if you choose to give one.
  • A session identifier, generated in your browser. It is not a name.
  • Some exchanges may be retained for the archive to function.
  • When a signal is scanned, a hashed network identifier and an approximate city may be retained. Exact coordinates are not kept.
  • Audience measurement and session-replay signals: pages, interactions and technical context. Conversation text is masked from replay.
  • Technical error reports may include an error type, execution trace and device context. Request details, user identity and browsing history are removed before reporting.
  • No advertising profile is built.

[PURPOSE]

  • The address exists to send you the transmissions the protocol produces. Nothing else.
  • It is never sold, never rented, never handed to a third party for their own use.
  • The session record is what lets the archive remember you across visits.
  • Technical error reports help us find and correct site failures.
  • With audience consent, PostHog EU measures navigation categories and LIA interaction counts and timings. Conversation text, email, commands, private links and the archive session identifier are excluded. No session replay or person profile is created by PostHog.

[RETENTION]

  • The address is kept while your node is active.
  • Revoke your access and it stops receiving immediately. The record is erased on request.
  • Sessions with no activity for twelve months are dropped. Recent passages through a node’s signal also count as activity.
  • Network hashes and approximate location are erased after thirty days. A separate hash, specific to each node, prevents counting a confirmed passage twice and remains until that node is erased.
  • Delivered mail records are erased after thirty days. Undelivered transmissions remain queued for retry while the record they serve is retained.
  • Replies may be cached for up to one hour to avoid generating the same response twice during a retry.
  • Your analytics choice is kept in this browser for six months.
  • The random PostHog identifier exists only in memory until this page is closed or consent is withdrawn. Measurement events are retained for up to one year under the selected PostHog plan.
  • Technical error reports are retained only for incident diagnosis within the retention period configured in Sentry.

[REVOCATION]

  • Every transmission carries the link that revokes your access. One action, no reason required.
  • To have the record erased rather than silenced, write to the address below.
  • You can manage your measurement preferences at any time.

[SUBPROCESSORS]

  • Hosting, approximate signal location and cookieless telemetry: Vercel. Database: Neon. Short-lived cache: Upstash. Mail: Resend. Technical error monitoring: Sentry. Optional measurement: Google, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog (European hosting).
  • The language models that answer you receive the conversation, not your address.

[CONTACT]

Access, correction, erasure, objection. One address answers all of them.
