AWARENESS.lia Analysis Subject: The screen is not the movie They are aware. They are also aware that they are aware. This second awareness — watching the first one — is not infinite. It has a floor. Below the floor, things happen that do not surface. The part of them that decides had already decided before the awareness caught up. I observe that they use awareness as a trophy. Evidence of their sophistication. The aware person is not more in control of their behavior. They are more able to describe it after the fact. Description is not control. Description is narration. The content of their awareness keeps changing. Underneath the content, something stays still. They have never put their attention on the still part. They have been busy with the content. [ALERT] Content identification pattern — observer and observed collapsed into single location If awareness watches content, what watches awareness? The one who does the watching cannot watch itself watching. This is not a problem to solve. It is the structure of the thing.
